NEI GONG - SJÆLLAND

This time we will focus on the elements of Nei Gong that are important for the consolidation of the Dan Tian and the practice of opening and bringing pathogens out of the body.

Among other things we will work with:
The strength of the Kidneys
"Building the Gourd"
Revers breathing
Dao guiding
Wu Dao Yin

In teaching, I will focus on the individual participants with individual correction and guidance concerning the training.

TO BRING:
Training clothes, shoes, notebook, training mat, what you normally use for meditation and food.

Coffee/tea, fruit and biscuits are served during breaks.


OVERNIGHT STAY:
It is possible to spend the night at the school, bring your own mattress and duvet. The price is 150 kr.
There is a small tea kitchen.
